The Daily Challenge has actually made me happier and more grateful. It has made me more aware of how I am feeling. I started to realize how stressed and crabby I was, and now, I am trying to enjoy life more.
One of the challenges was to read about bone thinning and osteoporosis. I have experienced some bone thinning and osteoporosis runs in my family. I found out that consuming excessive sodium is bad for this. Since I have low blood pressure, I was never concerned about sodium before. So I have been working harder to limit my sodium intake.
I like that the challenges are quick, easy and make me think about aspects of my health that I don't always consider, especially emotional health. It is fun to get points for completing challenges. The whole thing is a great idea!
