The Rehab Day Program is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of professionals whose focus is to promote maximum functional recovery by providing client-centered, goal directed rehabilitation designed to address the complex combination of physical, cognitive, medical, and psychosocial needs of the client.
Family members are also considered integral to the interdisciplinary approach of rehabilitation. Each family is involved in establishing therapy goals and transferring skills to the home environment. Because the Rehab Day Program recognizes that brain injury affects the whole family, various forms of support such as education and counseling are offered to family members throughout the care process.
Referrals are accepted from physicians, insurance representatives and/or case managers. For more information, please call the Rehab Intake Specialist Dena Perry at 817-250-3949.
