*Re-certification for all of the above training is every 3 years from the date of completion/receipt by IRB Office.
Human Subjects Research Training- HCCS Training
This training contains modules to educate investigators and study staff on protecting human subjects while conducting research.
HIPAA Research Privacy Training
This is the Texas Health Resources mandated privacy training.
Research Policies Verification Form
This form is used to verify receipt of Texas Health Resources Policy for Protection of Human Subjects. To view our policies please look on our policy webpage and/or contact the IRB office irb@TexasHealth.org or 682-236-6746 to request a copy.
