I was a little skeptical when I first started, but as I looked more closely at the challenges, I began to see how it made sense to include these tasks into my daily life. Most of the challenges require a small amount of time and just challenge you to build a better you, mind, body and spirit.
These are everyday practical applications we can use in our lives without compromising time, which is the most common complaint we all have when trying to incorporate lifestyle changes.
Being involved with the Daily Challenge has kept me aware of the things that I put into my body and how I take care of my body. I have lost weight doing the challenges and my well-being (mind, body and spirit) are all better because of my involvement.
