Welcome to the Business Portal for Texas Health Resources, one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States. The system serves more than 5.4 million people living in 29 counties in north central Texas. Texas Health was formed in 1997 with the merger of Fort Worth-based Harris Methodist Health System and Dallas-based Presbyterian Healthcare Resources. Compliance Contract Language
In accordance with the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, (Pub. Law. No. 109-171), Texas Health has adopted written policies and procedures on the False Claims Act, whistle-blower provisions and the detection and prevention of fraud. Vendor represents and warrants that Vendor's business activities with Texas Health and Texas Health employees will be conducted in accordance with these policies. Vendor agrees to review and comply with as applicable the Texas Health policies at TexasHealth.org/VendorCompliance. Questions will be directed to the Texas Health System Compliance Department at 1-800-381-4728.
