Lunges are a good exercise that can be done anywhere. The main thing to keep in mind is to maintain proper form, said Ryan Karnes, fitness staff supervisor at Texas Health Fitness Center Hurst-Euless-Bedford. Proper form includes:
- Keeping your upper body straight throughout the lunge.
- As you do the lunge, remember to keep a 90-degree angle at the hip and knee to avoid knee stress.
