I like how the challenges make me feel. The challenges are fun to do, good for my health and well-being, and generally make me feel good!

The challenges help me to keep a positive attitude as well as they are a daily focus on healthy behaviors. Because of the Challenges, I am developing the habit of backing my rear end against the back of the chair, rolling my shoulders back, and sitting erect. This helps reduce fatigue and strengthen my core, especially when I am at the computer.

I am a senior citizen and I want to maintain an active, healthy life as long as possible. The Daily Challenge is helping make this a reality!
