How to do it
Today, don't wait until you're thirsty or eating a meal to have a glass of water. Drink a full glass of water at least once today, either in the morning, afternoon, or early evening (too much water late at night may make you get up later on).
Why it matters
When you feel thirsty, it means that your body is already a bit dehydrated and needs fluid. Dehydration can make you feel headachey, anxious, and weak. It can also lead to food cravings and cause you to reach for things you wouldn't eat otherwise.
