  • Texas Health Resources was named "Best Place to Work in DFW" by the Dallas Business Journal. Texas Health was in the large company category, in which firms had 501 or more employees.
  • Texas Health won top honors in an area listing of Healthiest Employers as ranked by the Dallas Business Journal, edging out No. 2 Baylor Healthcare System and No. 5 Methodist Health System in the category of Large Companies.
  • D Healthcare Daily mentioned that there were 23 nurses in the Texas Health Resources system hospitals that were honored as 2013 "Great 100 Nurses.
  • Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano were named "Best Place to Have a Baby" in Fort Worth and Collin County by readers of Fort Worth Child and Dallas Child magazines. This was the 18th year Texas Health Fort Worth has received the honor.
  • The Star-Telegram mentioned that Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake and USMD Hospital at Arlington were honored in Austin for being among the top 100 of the 2013 Best Companies to Work for in Texas.
