Adrian is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience, and utilizes different modalities including but not limited to Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. He previously worked as program director of a partial hospitalization program which included experience in acute care, crisis intervention, private practice and program development.
Adrian has experience working with multiple populations including adults, adolescents, children and couples facing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma and grief. Adrian’s therapeutic approach stems from a strength-based perspective that is client centered, allowing the patient to identify and utilize their own strengths while also gaining new strengths and skills to help them cope with any challenges they may be facing.
