Jada believes that everyone has the power within themselves to move toward holistic well being. As a straightforward and direct clinician, she values authenticity and encourages clients to show up as their true selves. Her focus is on well-being, growth, and forward movement. She strives to build a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe exploring complex issues and processing emotions.

Jada is committed to providing trauma-informed care and utilizes an integrated approach to therapy. By combining various techniques and perspectives—including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy—she helps individuals overcome mental health challenges and work toward reaching their fullest potential.

With over ten years of experience in a variety of mental health settings, Jada’s current work focuses on supporting youth and adults.
