Jody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with 20 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, evidence informed care to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, traumas, stress-related concerns, grief, and life transitions. She has worked in outpatient mental health, telehealth, crisis intervention, and community behavioral health settings helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Jody utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach that is grounded in collaboration, respect, and the unique strengths of each individual. She draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic-informed approaches.

She believes that mental health is influenced by the interconnected relationship between mind and body and enjoys helping clients develop practical strategies that support emotional well-being, resilience, and lasting change. Jody strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their personal goals.
