Omiana Ajibade is a registered nurse with dual board certification as a nurse practitioner in the areas of adult/geriatric primary care and adult psychiatric mental health. She completed her certification and NP training in 2015. Since that time, Omiana has worked with diverse populations across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, long-term care, and community mental health environments. She is dedicated to supporting adults and older adults in managing chronic health conditions, mood disorders, cognitive changes, and life transitions.

Omiana earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Utica College in New York. She received her master’s degree in nursing through Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn. She went on to complete her post-master’s education in psychiatric mental health at Regis University in Denver, Colo.

With a strong foundation in both physical and mental health care, Omiana is qualified to deliver a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care. She emphasizes patient education, evidence-based treatments, and collaborative decision-making with physicians and other care providers. Her goal is to empower her patients by fostering resilience and improving quality of life through individualized care plans that address both physical and mental wellness.
