As a licensed clinical social worker, Deborah Adams is passionate about helping others recognize and create the best version of themselves. She became licensed in 2011 and has worked with diverse populations in nonprofit settings, medical and behavioral health hospitals and private clinics. She also holds certification in the Grief Recovery Model and has completed training in grief education.

Deborah helps patients facing anxiety, depression, grief, anticipatory grief and adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. She uses modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing, along with complementary health approaches such as mindfulness techniques (breath work, progressive relaxation, and meditation), to support her patients.

Deborah earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Elms University in Chicopee, Mass. She received her Master of Social Work while attending Kean University in Union Township, N.J.
