Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of clinical experience across community mental health, integrated behavioral health, and private practice settings. Prior to joining Texas Health Resources, she provided care to individuals navigating trauma, complex mental health concerns, neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQIA+–related issues. Kimberly takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy and integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Kimberly believes people have a strong capacity for growth and healing. Her role as a therapist is to walk alongside clients as they move toward their goals, providing compassionate support and evidence-based tools throughout the process.
