Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, acute psychiatric care, long term care, management of medical issues and chronic illness, as well as individual, family, and group therapy. Rachel utilizes a collaborative trauma informed approach and tailors her interventions to the client's needs. Modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Rachel is experienced working with adolescents and adults of all ages with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, social and communication challenges, grief, adjustment, anger, stress management, burn out, boundary work, marital & family issues. Rachel has a special passion for working with older adults, military clients, and neuro diverse populations. Rachel is committed to creating a safe space for clients without judgment to help them work toward their goals and dreams.
