    Kelsey Etley graduated Cum Laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. At the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services in Washington, D.C., she earned a master of public health degree in health policy, and she completed a Master of Science degree in health sciences in the physician assistant program. While in school, Etley won the George Washington University Physician Assistant Program Outstanding Leadership Award and the George Washington University School of Public Health Best Thesis in Health Policy Award. Kelsey served on the National Board of Directors for the Student Academy of the American Academy of Physician Assistants from 2012 to 2013 and was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society in 2013.

    She is a certified physician assistant and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and the Society of Early Career Physician Assistants.
