Healthy Living Chronic Disease Self Management Program
This a free two and a half hours workshop held each week for six weeks.

Learn from trained volunteer leaders, some with health conditions themselves. Set your own goals and make a step by step plan to improve your health and your life. Join us and discover:
*Techniques to deal with problems such as frustration and isolation
*Appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance
*Appropriate use of medications
*Communicating effectively with family, friends and health professionals
*How to evaluate new treatments
