Requirements:

• MD or DO candidates.
• Qualifying residency completion (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology) required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Pain Management fellowship completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Specific training in injections/procedures required.
• Seeking candidates ready to begin practice immediately with 1-2 years' experience in a pain/spine practice.
