Our Mission
The mission of Texas Health Seay Behavioral Health Center Frisco is to improve the mental health of the people in the communities we serve. The center offers intensive outpatient programs for adults and adolescents with behavioral and addiction issues. Patients can be referred by a physician, therapist, EAP, counselor, or through self-referral.
Adult Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program
This program for women is an outpatient program that addresses the treatment of depression in women, including postpartum depression, loss of a child (including miscarriage) and hormone-related depression. Counselors will work with the patient, the patient's family members and the patient's referral source to achieve individualized treatment goals. This program is approximately three hours a day and has been designed to balance treatment requirements with work, education and home schedules.
Adult Addiction Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program
This program is for those patients who do not require inpatient medical detoxification. Chemical dependency counselors will work with the patient, the patient's family members and the patient's referral source to achieve individualized treatment goals. This program is approximately three hours a day and has been designed to balance treatment requirements with work, education and home schedules.
Adolescent Addiction Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program
This after-school program designed to balance treatment requirements with the patient's educational needs. It provides a safe, structured environment in which the adolescent can improve or regain coping skills to better meet the demands of family, school and society while learning to maintain sobriety.
