Texas Health ranked No. 25 in the nation

ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Health Resources has been named to the 2021 Companies That Care® list by PEOPLE magazine and Great Place to Work® - taking the No. 25 spot. Texas Health is one of only two North Texas-based companies to be ranked and the second highest ranked healthcare organization. Texas Health is the only healthcare organization in the state to make the list.

Companies that Care

It’s Texas Health’s second time to be honored with this recognition. The list highlights the top U.S. companies that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating outstanding respect, care and concern for their employees, their communities and the environment.

“The award honors our commitment to taking care of each other and our communities,” said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, CEO. “We take great pride in how Texas Health has remained dedicated to supporting our employees and providing safe, compassionate care for our communities throughout the challenges of COVID-19.”

The Companies that Care® award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5 million current employees at companies throughout the United States.

The Companies that Care® ranking joins a number of other recognitions Texas Health has earned as a great place to work. In 2021 alone, Texas Health ranked in the top 10 best places to work in the country on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list; ranked No. 1 on Fortune’s list of Best Places to Work in Health Care & Biopharma; and was named a LinkedIn Top Company in Dallas-Fort Worth.
