ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake received the 2022 Pinnacle of Excellence Award, and four Texas Health entities were named Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Awards® winners by Press Ganey.
Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, recognizes top-ranking hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience. The 2022 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award® was given to Texas Health Southlake for Patient Experience in Outpatient Services (Labs & Tests) based on patient feedback.
Guardian of Excellence awards went to the following Texas Health facilities:
- Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound, Employee Engagement – Hospital Category
- Texas Health Hospital Frisco, Patient Experience – Emergency Department Category
- Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano, Patient Experience – Inpatient Category
- Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth, Patient Experience – Outpatient Services (Labs & Tests) Category
