“These rankings are a tribute to our employees and the devotion they pour into their daily work. The remarkable care that we’re able to offer consumers across all of our access points is the direct result of our phenomenal workforce,” said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, chief executive officer of Texas Health.

Texas Health has received two additional national rankings this year as No. 9 overall on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, as well as No. 19 on the Best Workplaces in Texas in the large company category.

“Maintaining a great place to work is a constant endeavor. Our unwavering commitment to making improvements and refining practices stems from our passion to listen and put feedback into action,” added Michelle Kirby, executive vice president and Texas Health’s chief people officer.
