Texas Health Resources has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek for 2025, earning five stars – the highest ranking.

ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Health Resources has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek for 2025, earning five stars – the highest ranking.

“We are honored to be recognized for our strong workplace culture,” said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, Texas Health’s CEO. “We have created an environment that enables team members to feel they belong while having opportunities to do their life’s best work.”

This is the third annual ranking of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek and data firm Plant-A Insights Group. Organizations received four, four and half and five stars.

Texas Health employees have access to a variety of health and wellness programs that help them achieve a balanced life.
