Martinez brings more than two decades experience to role

FORT WORTH, Texas — Texas Health Resources today announced that Tracy Payne Martinez, PT, MS, HCA, will be the new president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance effective May 17.

Martinez brings more than two decades of leadership experience within Texas Health, most recently serving as vice president of Professional and Support Services at Texas Health Alliance. In this role, she provided executive leadership across clinical support, diagnostic, and operational services, while advancing key initiatives to support the hospital’s rapid growth.

Throughout her tenure, Martinez has demonstrated a strong track record driving service line expansion and working with physicians. She has played a central leadership role in overseeing growth initiatives, including a 50-bed tower expansion, a NICU expansion, and future surgical services growth planning.

Martinez holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center.
