    Michelle Holt, M.A., ATC, LAT, PES
    Michelle Holt, M.A., ATC, LAT, PES, transplanted from Azusa, Calif. in 2008 to finish her bachelor’s degree in athletic training at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and to become a certified athletic trainer. She landed an internship in sports medicine at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports at Disney World in Orlando, Fla. While interning, Michelle got to work with athletes at many different competition levels and in sports ranging from lacrosse and soccer to gymnastics and softball. She then went on to work with football, tennis, and field hockey players at Stanford University back in California while earning her master’s degree in athletic training.

    Michelle returned to North Texas with her husband in 2013. She worked for a year at the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and three years at Chisholm Trail High School in Fort Worth before joining the team at Sideline Orthopedics and Sports in 2017. She enjoys caring for patients in the clinic, volunteering with professional associations, and spending time with her family near and far.

  • Julia Reyna, MS, ATC, LAT

    Julia Reyna, M.S., ATC, LAT
    Julia Reyna, M.S., ATC, LAT, was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where she completed her undergraduate degree in athletic training at University of the Incarnate Word. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Alaska to work with the women’s basketball programs at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and Eielson High School. Julia returned to the great state of Texas to pursue her master’s degree in athletic training from Texas State University in San Marcos and to work as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the women’s soccer team at Texas State.

    Julia is a certified and licensed athletic trainer. She is also certified in dry needling and Technica Gavilan to promote soft-tissue healing. Her other areas of interest and focus include rehabilitation exercises, manual therapies, and bracing. Julia now calls Arlington “home” with her husband and two children.
