I like that the Daily Challenge is a simple and consistent reminder about my health. Every challenge is do-able and realistic. It's all about taking your well-being off the back burner for a few minutes each and every day.
There was a recent leg-lift challenge that came on a day when I couldn't make it to the gym. I was able to complete the Daily Challenge while watching T.V. The Daily Challenge doesn't mean an hour in the gym every day, it's about doing the little things to help keep my body healthy.
The scoring portion of the challenge shows me "Hey, you are doing well in this area, now let's focus a little more on this other area." I do the Daily Challenge to help me be the best "me" I can be, whether that means being a wife, mom, daughter, or friend. If I'm not a good "me" then I can't be the best at any of the other roles I play in my life.
