I try to complete a challenge first thing every morning because it makes me feel accomplished and then I can move on to completing the other tasks of the day. Feeling accomplished is a great way to start the day!
The challenges provide me interesting tasks to incorporate into my day that I normally wouldn't have thought to do. Many of the challenges have become a permanent part of my day, and reading what other Daily Challenge users post sparks ideas and encourages me.
I really enjoy the flexibility and posture challenges. The "do a shoulder shrug" challenge reminded me that it is important to take time out of each day to relax. Another challenge I really liked was 'remember to say thank you.' The Daily Challenge helps remind me how important the little things can be.
