ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake are recipients of the 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Awards. Texas Health facilities received nine recognitions in total.

Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, annually ranks the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience, employee experience, physician experience, clinical quality performance and consumer experience.

Two types of recognition were given: the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award^® and the Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award. The 2023 Texas Health honorees include:

• Texas Health Flower Mound: Pinnacle of Excellence for Employee Engagement, employee experience

• Texas Health Southlake: Pinnacle of Excellence for Patient Experience, outpatient services
