Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For 2026

This is the 12th consecutive year the organization has been included in the nationwide ranking.

“We’re proud to be recognized for a culture that is grounded in respect and support for our people and for our sustained ranking on this list thanks directly to the feedback from our employees,” said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, CEO of Texas Health. “By investing in our team members, we strengthen our ability to deliver quality service and innovation to consumers across the communities we serve.”

Great Place To Work® and Fortune compile the annual list, which focuses on how employees feel about their workplace. List rankings are based on employee responses and comments to a series of survey questions.

“Our strong culture is rooted in Our Texas Health Promise: Individuals Caring For Individuals, Together,” said Carla Dawson, chief people officer. “We are deeply committed to the well‑being of our care team members and continuously invest in programs that support them –body, mind and spirit.”
