At Texas Health, we have Community Health Workers (CHW) who provide free services that connect pregnant women and new mothers with essential resources for a healthy pregnancy and baby care. A CHW will meet with you to understand your needs, support your goals, and help navigate barriers like access to care, housing, food, or transportation.
