• Why did I get a text that my number was changed?

    If your phone number is updated in the medical record, you will be notified. This can happen if it's done by you in MyChart or by front office staff at a THR Clinic or Hospital. Some clinics have been going through their records and updating the home phone to cell phone if applicable.

  • I can't remember my password

    You can easily reset your password or retrieve your username from the login screen by using the links "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password".

  • Why is it telling me Incorrect Username or Password?

    This means that the username and password combination does not match our records. Please check and try again or you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password".

  • Why am I not getting the One Time Password (OTP)?

    If you are prompted on login, you can choose email or text. It will send to the email and phone number on file in your medical record. NOTE: Some email providers can take up to 30 minutes to deliver to your inbox.

  • Why am I having to reset my password every time I log on?

    There are a multitude of reasons that this could be happening. The most common reason is you have a saved password in your browser that is not getting updated when you change it. Reset it one more time and write down the new password. Refresh the page and click the "eyeball" in the password field to double check the password you just changed it to. If not, type in the new password again, and look for prompts from your browser to save the new password. NOTE: Our helpdesk agents can't see your password. They can only help you reset it again.
