Roger D. Hutchins, CPA, MBA, serves as the chief financial officer at Texas Health Flower Mound, bringing more than 40 years of experience in healthcare finance to the organization. Since joining the hospital’s leadership team in 2012, Roger has provided steady financial guidance and has played a key role in supporting the hospital’s goal to deliver exceptional, quality patient care.

Known for his collaborative approach and thoughtful leadership style, Roger works closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure resources are aligned with patient and community needs. His commitment to transparency, teamwork, and sound financial stewardship helps sustain the hospital’s growth and long-term stability.

Before joining Texas Health Flower Mound, Roger spent 10 years with Tenet Healthcare and 8 years with HCA, where he held multiple financial leadership positions and gained deep experience across a variety of healthcare settings.

Roger holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a BBA in Accounting from Washburn University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
