Silvia Rose

Silvia Rose, DNP, RN, NE-BC, FACHE, serves as the chief nursing and professional services officer at Texas Health Flower Mound. In this role, she provides leadership for nursing and professional services, working closely with clinical and operational teams to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. With more than 28 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, Silvia brings extensive expertise across a wide range of acute-care settings.

Before joining Texas Health Flower Mound, Silvia served as chief nursing officer for Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Arlington. She began her nursing career in women's services and has had progressively broader leadership roles across multiple service lines. Throughout her career, she has worked in large academic medical centers and rural community hospitals, gaining experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. These experiences have shaped her leadership approach and commitment to supporting teams through growth, development, and operational excellence.

Silvia earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Walden University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive through ANCC and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also an active member of several professional healthcare organizations.

Silvia is the mother of two grown sons and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping with her four-legged companion.
