Requirements:
- MD or DO candidates.
- Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
- Gastroenterology fellowship from an accredited program.
- Board certified or board eligible candidates required.
- Active Texas license required.
- Seeking experienced candidates who are ready to practice immediately (target stat date is November 2026, allowing 120 days for credentialing)
About the Job:
- Full-time, employed position with a new clinic location for Texas Health Digestive Specialists in Bedford, part of Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG).
- Practice on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital H-E-B in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth "Metroplex".
- Competitive compensation and benefits will be offered.
- General GI physicians are needed to join a newly formed GI practice in Bedford, Texas. Physicians will practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings to serve all GI needs in the community.
- Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM plus hospital call on rotation with another GI physician (estimated to be about 2 or more weeks per month)
- Texas is a tort reform state and has no state income tax!
