Requirements:

• MD or DO candidates.
• Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease completion required from an accredited program. 
• Board Certified/Board eligible in Cardiology required. 
• Active Texas license and current DEA registration required. Seeking someone to start January 2027.

About the Job:

• Employed full-time position with Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists, a member of Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) including a very attractive compensation and benefits package
• Practice on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton.
• Clinic schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday, 8-2 plus call.
• Weekend call is estimated about 1 per month and weekday call is estimated at 3-4 per month.
• Texas has tort reform and no state income tax!
