Requirements:

• MD candidates.
• Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Cardiology fellowship completion required from an ACGME accredited program.
• Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
• Board certified or board eligible for ABIM Cardiology and advanced heart failure 
• Active Texas license
• Seeking someone who can start immediately (allowing for 120 days for credentialling)
• Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist skilled in management of advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies and mechanical circulatory support (MCS).
• No transplant care.
