• MD or DO candidates.
• Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Board certified/board eligible candidates required.
• Current Texas license is helpful.
• Familiarity with EPIC (EMR) is helpful.

Job Details:

• Employed position by Texas Health Physicians Group, a group of over 300 hospitalists (both physicians and APPs) across the Dallas/Fort Worth "Metroplex".
• Comprehensive benefit package will be offered.
• Practice on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman.
• Day shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, however shifts are considered 24-hours because physicians supervise the night APPs (working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Physicians work approximately 15 shifts per month (or 182 shifts per year).
• Average patient census varies but is roughly 12-14 per physician.
