Seeking an additional Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Surgeon in Fort Worth, Texas

Requirements:

• MD or DO candidates.
• General Surgery residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Trauma/Surgical Critical Care fellowship completion required from an accredited program.
• Board certified or board eligible candidates required.
• Active Texas license or willingness to obtain.
• Seeking an experienced candidate who is ready to practice immediately (allowing 120 days for credentialing).

Position Details:

• Full-time, employed position with Texas Health Surgical Specialists in Fort Worth, part of Texas Health Physicians Group.
• Practice on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth in the Fort Worth medical district.
• Competitive compensation and benefits will be offered.
• Work 168 scheduled shifts per year (12-hour shifts) with no home call requirement.
• Texas is a tort reform state and has no state income tax.
