Requirements:

• MD or DO candidates.
• General Surgery residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Fellowship completion in Surgical Critical Care of Trauma required from an accredited program featuring certification in Critical Care.
• Board certified or board eligible in surgical critical care from the American Board of Surgery required.
• Active Texas license required.
• Seeking a candidate who can start immediately.

About the Job:

• Employed position with Texas Health Surgical Specialists by Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG), including attractive compensation and benefits package.
• Join this large, successful, and long-standing practice of physicians and Advance Practice Providers.
• Schedule to include trauma surgery coverage; on average, each trauma surgeon works approximately 23 shifts per month covering: ACS – General, ICU, Trauma Day, Backup/ICU Home Call, Trauma Night.
• Office on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, a Level 1 Trauma Center with a comprehensive stroke center.
