Requirements:

  • MD or DO candidates.
  • Urology residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
  • Board certified or board eligible candidates required.
  • Seeking candidates ready to begin practice June 2026 (allowing 120 days for credentialling).

Position Details:

  • Employed position with Texas Health Urology Specialists, part of Texas Health Physicians Group, including attractive compensation and benefits package
  • The staffing plan is in place with four Urology hospitalists to cover all the ER call. Outpatient urology physicians will not have any unassigned hospital call.
  • This practice uses Epic EMR, as does the hospital so information is seamless
  • Practice is located on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth in a recently remodeled clinic that includes 17 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms, and 6 bathrooms.
  • 21st century urologic equipment and capabilities.  These include the following: 
    • Cystoscopies 
    • Prostate biopsies
    • Urodynamics
    • Vasectomies
    • Circumcisions
    • Bladder Scanners
    • Cysto stent replacements
  • This opening is in a central location with access to all the amenities the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex has to offer – the schedule provides great hours and a good work-life balance.
  • The practice is up-and-running and has a great referral base. There is opportunity to grow the practice in different areas in the Metroplex.
