    Texas Health Flower Mound is a joint venture facility involving physicians with Texas Health Resources. It hosts 101 beds and utilizes more than 400 physicians on medical staff in a variety of specialties.

    Cleburne, Texas is a city with a population of about 30,000 that is the county seat for Johnson County.     Stephenville

    Stephenville Medical and Surgical Clinic was established in 1929 and is a multispecialty physician-owned practice serving Erath, Stephenville, and surrounding areas. The clinic has providers in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Radiology.     Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 707-bed facility serving a population of over 2.5 million. Located in the city's medical district, Texas Health Fort Worth is a regional referral center for 26 counties, with transfers and referrals from as far away as El Paso, TX and parts of Oklahoma. It has a census of about 600 patients per day, with the largest Neuro ICU in the state of Texas and a full complement of Neurocritical care physicians. 27 ORs currently exist with opportunity for ASC cases within the system as well. A full spectrum of neurosurgical equipment is on site with two O-arms, eight Stealth units, Brainlab Curve navigation units and robotics. This facility is presently an ACS designated Level II Trauma Center but is working toward a Level I designation. Texas Health Fort Worth has a robust emergency department with 100 beds and more than 90,000 visits and is currently adding additional $400 million hospital tower including 144 additional beds and new ORs. The new tower will also include intra-operative MRI and integrated Neurosurgical suites and a hybrid suite. Currently, there are three biplane suites. This facility is consistently ranked #1 or #2 in the state of Texas in Spine volumes, #2 or #3 in tumor volumes, and #1 in stroke volumes with over 2,000 cases annually. Texas Health Fort Worth has Joint Commission certifications for it's Tumor and Spine, and is designated as one of the only two Comprehensive Stroke Centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

    There is a backlog for new patients to be seen. This, along with population growth in surrounding communities of Tarrant County, indicates a great need for additional neurosurgeons in the city.
