This application is solely for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. This is a NON-PAID academic-based internship for healthcare management students. Please complete this application form if you are interested in becoming a Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas academic intern. Please review the important notes below and once you have completed the application, you must click "submit".

Please Note:

1. You must download two of the "Adult Reference Forms" pdf, the "Academic Internship Agreement" pdf and the "Academic Internship Availability" pdf found on the weblink. All completed documents can be emailed to THDVolunteerServices@texashealth.org as part of your application. We cannot process your application without the aforementioned documents.
2. If you are currently employed at any Texas Health entity, you may not also volunteer/intern with any Texas Health facility. Please do not apply for Texas Health Dallas Academic Internship  if you are a current Texas Health Dallas or Texas Health employee.
3. You must have a valid Social Security Number to participate. Please do not pursue an interview or any of the on-boarding steps without a valid SSN #.
4. All interns must be able to attend a mandatory in-person 4 hour orientation as part of on-boarding that will be conducted prior to your start date. Please consider your availability prior to applying.
5. You must be able to commit to 7 months of interning with 16 hours minimum per week.
6. All interns will be expected to dress business casual and maintain a professional appearance at all times when at the hospital.
