Dedicated to the hospital's overall mission of improving the health of the community, Texas Health Fitness Center Arlington offers cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, group exercise classes, personal training, and a staff of experienced exercise and rehab professionals.
The fitness center is open to all Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital employees, volunteers, staff physicians and their office staff members, Texas Health Resources employees, and outpatient rehab patients. Spouses are also eligible.

Texas Health Fitness Center Arlington is on the second floor of the McRae Building at 810 W. Randol Mill Road.
Services and Programs
Texas Health Fitness Center Arlington offers individual and group exercise options. Membership includes a fitness evaluation and orientation.
The cardiovascular conditioning area features treadmills, NuSteps, Elliptical Trainers, stair-climbing simulators, Concept II rowing machines, Air-Dynes, upright and recumbent stationary bikes, and upper body ergometers.
The resistance training area features a full line of BodyMaster selectorized machines, cable systems, free weights, elastic tubing, and a variety of other balance and stability training equipment. At the North Fitness Center, group exercise classes are conducted in an exercise class studio that features shock-absorbing exerflex flooring.
The men's and women's locker rooms offer shower facilities, towels, wash cloths, soap and lotion, hair dryers, etc. Lockers are available for use during facility visits.
- Monday through Thursday: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to noon
The center is closed on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Modified hours are sometimes observed on days preceding or following holidays. Please call to confirm any schedule changes.
During inclement winter weather, the fitness center will follow Arlington ISD closing decisions.
