The number of cancer survivors is increasing. It is imperative for physicians to identify the best approach to manage care for cancer survivors. It is important for physicians to know the long-term and late effects of cancer, its treatment, and how to best manage follow-up care. It is crucial for the survivorship population that physicians understand recent advances in technology and how to apply them in their practice to best help cancer survivors.
