• MD or DO candidates.
• Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Board certified candidates only.
• Master's degree (MBA, MPH or equivalent) preferred.
• Current Texas license helpful.
• Familiarity with EPIC (EMR) helpful.
• Five years' experience as a Hospitalist medical director, associate medical director, or other leadership position within a Hospitalist group.
• Relational/collaborative leadership, operational acumen, strategic thinker with the ability to execute key initiatives.
