  • Mommy Mixers

    Meet other moms, share the joys and challenges of caring for a baby, and build a supportive community. Mommy Mixers are a welcoming way to connect, find encouragement and make new friends.

  • Breastfeeding Support Groups

    Get guidance from a trained facilitator and connect with other breastfeeding parents. These groups offer practical help and support to reach your breastfeeding goals.

  • Baby Yoga

    Baby Yoga is a gentle, parent-guided class for babies from 3 weeks old to crawling, where you’ll help your little one through soothing stretches, simple movements, and infant massage. Led by a certified yoga instructor, this baby-focused class supports digestion, calming, bonding, and sleep.
