Athletes have access to on-site orthopedic physicians and expert performance coaches, as well as a 3-D motion lab that allows sports medicine experts to capture and understand an athlete’s movement to determine where injuries could potentially occur. In addition to the amenities and programs indoors, the site includes an outdoor turf field with lights available for local teams and organizations, as well as an outdoor green space with pathways for pedestrians and bicyclists.
The performance training services of Athlete Training and Health are uniquely aligned with Texas Health and Texas Health Physicians Group in advancing human performance by providing safe and effective training programs.
