Texas Health offers a full continuum of therapy services to help patients maximize their potential and return to a high level of independence following an injury, illness or surgery.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy helps patients regain function after an injury, illness or surgery. Some examples include therapy for the back and neck, joint replacement therapy and muscle strains and sprains.

Speech Therapy

Speech Therapy helps patients improve their ability to communicate effectively and eat safely. Therapists treat patients with a variety of speech, language, cognitive, voice and swallowing deficits that could be a result of a stroke, brain injury, cancer or other neurological illnesses.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy provides care that helps improve patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living and working due to injury, illness or disability.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

The pelvic floor can have a variety of dysfunctions that cause pain and other problems with the bladder, the bowel or sexual function. Problems can also develop during pregnancy, increases in hormones, changes in posture, muscle dysfunction and malalignments. Our therapists can help reduce pain and improve function with the goal of returning the patient to their daily activities.

All therapy appointments require a referral from your doctor. If you need help finding a doctor, visit https://www.texashealth.org/Doctors.
