Inspiring Young Minds: Texas Health Next Step
To spark interest early, the Next Step youth outreach program introduces North Texas students to the breath of healthcare careers — many of which don’t require a degree. Through an interactive platform, students explore real-world paths that could shape their future in healthcare. Next Step provides North Texas students with real-world career exploration through a special software platform that introduces students to various career paths and job roles in healthcare.
Earn While You Learn: FastTrack Apprenticeships
Our FastTrack programs offer paid hands-on training, and mentorship, in roles like medical assistant, patient care tech, pharmacy tech, CT and coding. After successful completion of training, graduates are guaranteed jobs at Texas Health.
